ABOUT BABEL IMMIGRATION LAW

Cecilia graduated with Honours from the Immigration Consultant Program at Humber College in 2021. She also holds a Paralegal Diploma from Sheridan College and is currently preparing to write the ICCRC licensing exam. In addition, Cecilia went to Law School at The Pontifical Catholic University of Peru (PUCP).

Cecilia has experience working on a wide variety of Canadian immigration matters, including family class applications, Federal Skilled Worker and Canadian Experience Class programs through the Express Entry System, the caregiver program, Labour Market Impact Assessment (LMIAs), and temporary work and study permits. She also assists with Citizenship and PR Cards Renewal applications. In the same way, as a Law Clerk at Babel Immigration, she is part of a professional team of US immigration experts who focus our practice on different family-based and business immigration matters, including the following: nonimmigrant and immigrant petitions and L-1 petition proceedings.

Before moving to Canada, Cecilia worked as a legal intern and Law Clerk in the private sector for three years, focusing on tax, labour, and administrative law. Cecilia is fluently bilingual in English and Spanish.
