Jahail Darby graduated from Brock University’s four-year honor program with a Major in Sociology and a Minor in Criminology, receiving recognition on the Dean’s Honor List. Upon completing her studies, she later wanted to further her education and enrolled in the Humber College Institute of Advanced Learning and Technology’s two-year Law Clerk Program.
Jahail is always excited to learn new things and gain new insights into life. She always encourages herself to go above and beyond to achieve her goals, especially in the professional and personal areas. She has experience working in various legal entities and had the opportunity to work as a Court Clerk Monitor at the Mississauga Court of Justice.
She has always expressed a passion for the legal system and social justice and is excited to partake in a field of law that demonstrates both realms. Since commencing her career at Babel Immigration Law, as an Immigration Law Clerk, Jahail has gained the knowledge and experience needed, managing various files ranging from Spousal sponsorships, Visitor and Student Visas, Work permits, along with a handful of litigation matters. In the future, she hopes to enroll in Queens University Immigration Consultant Program to gain a holistic understanding of the Canadian immigration process.
Jahail is enthusiastic about her future at Babel Immigration Law and is thrilled to see what the future holds for her.
